Poor Service and misrepresenation

Engaged Mr CCTV for security system and link to POS. They did not investigate properly and when they came to install could not link the POS. Took ages to remove the system and refund. However they did not refund full amount claiming they had incurred costs for the day of the failed installation, which is absurd as they were unable to deliver as promised.
