MR CASH GOODWOOD MUST FALL!!!

What a terrible experience dealing with this business, my worst ever. Was looking for a torque wrench, which they firstly said they don't have, only to find one by myself. Anyways, I purchase it, and head home to use my newly purchased torque wrench to put my motor back together. So I set the lowest amount of nm(5nm), and test it, only to find out it does not click, I use a little bit more pressure, and to my surprise, it snaps! Very disappointed, I obviously decide to take it back as I just bought it, but they are closed, so I go back after about 2 days, with my receipt to either get another one or a refund as the item was clearly faulty. So I show them the item, and I am then told that I must've used too much pressure and it's my fault that it snapped, telling me it was working when I bought it (even though they were not interested in testing it when I bought it), and they just blatantly refused to assist me with a refund because I am so damn powerful to snap a torque wrench. R295 gone, just like that! PLEASE GUYS, DON'T EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE, MR CASH IN GOODWOOD, U WILL REGRET IT! THEY ARE A BUNCH OF *******, SELLING BROKEN, BAD QUALITY ITEMS TO THE PUBLIC AT RIDICULOUS PRICES!
