Mr carport - pathetic business

Mr Pillay, the owner of Mr Carport , as been avoiding customers with complaints of rotten carports. He’s answering calls, however when he realizes it’s a complaint he cuts the call and doesn’t respond thereafter. As a business man, he is very unprofessional and seems to be a *******. He over charges and uses absolutely cheap material for the carport. The quality of these carports are extremely pathetic and rots after some time .

My neighbor has exactly the same issue and he is doing the same thing to them.
