MR CARPET MR STEAM – THEFT INCIDENCES I had a very unfortunate incident with MR CARPET MR STEAM in which the cleaning staff rummaged through my personal belongings and draws ultimately *****ING foreign exchange I had just purchased for an upcoming trip that week. USD cash. I approached the company and requested a polygraph test to prove their innocence. They REFUSED A POLYGRAPH test and the owner of the company (Adrian) admitted he had other incidences similar to this. Told me there is nothing he can do unless there was hard evidence. Very difficult to prove unless you have hidden cameras. He was not willing to compensate me for the loss. He was not even willing to refund me for the work performed! Which was not great as not all the marks were removed and the carpet joined were exposed. But anyways. It is an unfortunately theft where there is little evidence (cash), an owner who is not willing to engage in a constructive manner with me to resolve this. He never responded to numerous emails or phone calls (probably 50 or more). Always busy with a client, in the bathroom, travelling, on leave. You get the picture. The only thing I can do is try to help the next potential victim with this post. AVOID MR CARPET MR STEAM – THEY WILL ***** FROM YOU
