Poor Service / Accomodation at MR C GUESTHOUSE !

Booked into Mr C Guesthouse at Hartebee****rt Dam for Easter Weekend . What a shocking experience .All the photos and advertising is a complete fabrication .. we left the firs day at 06h00 .. all staff still sleeping .. no ine to let us out their gates . Rooms without hot water and main lounge and common areas locked up without access ... owners hiding in their room upstairs .. nobody willing to allow guest to meet owner/ management... WARNING TO ALL — Stay away and do not Pay any deposit !!! you will be very sorry !!!!!!!
