Unhappy with product and the way this customer complaint was handled

<p>Following a complaint to Nic Staal directly in the December holidays I wrote an e-mail to him indicating that I were not satisfied concerning the Cattle rack I bought from him a year and a half back. Yes after a year and a half, I do not work with loads on my bakkie, the paint started to come off causing rust and the only reasonable explanation would be poor quality paint work. I told him that I needed assistance for I am unhappy about his paint work as well as the canvas canopy he sold me which was of poor quality in the e-mail. I informed him that he should contact me and assist as to avoid negative publicity for his company which at that stage seemed to have a good name. <br /> His response was antagonistic and his assistance he was willing to provide was unacceptable and did not solve my needs. I am staying in Bethal MP, and he told me to bring through the bakkie so he could inspect it. I do not travel to Bloemfontein. He further insulted me as the complaining type and did not provide me a chance to explain myself but rather focussed in an antagonistic way insult me personally.<br /> Nic, 33 years experience could make one self arrogant in terms of service delivery and one tends to forget that you started with the small customers.</p> <p>I am not happy with the quality of their products and I am even more disappointed in the way they handled my complaint. I cannot and will not advise any person to buy from Mr Bulbar following this experience.</p> <p> </p>
