Mr price bad service

So yesterday i wanted a black shoe with chrome heel , apon standing in the que i realized there was a huge crack withing the heel foot and returned to the shoe section to get another. not finding size 7 as usual i ask the guy that was working in the section. only to be told that there are too many boxes and he doesn't want to climb it. feeling really disregarded as a client i left the store without a pair of shoes. this type of service is unacceptable and a real let down as i have a large account with mr price and i never expected for a staff member to be so lazy as not to bother with getting me what i wanted as the client. this is sad, i will take my business elsewhere
