Mr Bigs Transport Service is very unprofessional. I paid for a trip of two from Polokwane to Pretoria in full, he was running late and not communicating he ended up not coming at all and said he was gonna refund my money which was R700.

7 days later I am still waiting for my refund and he is still ignoring my calls and texts.
