Extremely bad service

My husband bought a bed from them last year with a 2year warranty on it and the bed is caving in on both sides and is cosining back pain so bad that we are sleeping on our old mattress that is 20years old. We have been struggling to get hold of any one for the last three months and the one time sumone answered a phone they just said that the shop moved but they Wil speek to a manager and get back to us, that was 2 months ago! They promise you all the best service and as soon as they have your money you mean nothing again even after promising warranties and if sumthing is wrong to just call and it Wil be dealt with immediately!! So so so disappointed and a waste of money!
