Very poor service dont use!
Worst service ever. Been told that the rain from our house’s roof is the cause for rain pouring through the awning, but we werent prior to the placement. Causing a lot of damage and been told its not there problem. Do not use them

Die dak lyk baie mooi ons is baie happy. Daar is wel 2 plekkies waar hy lek?”. I went to your home on 2021-12-17 to attend to the problem. On 2022-01-31 I received an e-mail from your wife: “Good Morning Johan, Hope you are well, can you please assist with the roof as it is still leaking on 2 spots Thanks” I went to your home on 2022-02-01 to attend to the problem. On that day I explained to your wife that the problem is with the roof of your house and not the awning. I send you an e-mail on 2022-04-25: “Dear Mr _____ During my last site visit I mentioned to Ms _____ that awnings cannot accommodate water from another roof falling onto them. Unfortunately, you will have to install gutters on your house to solve this problem. Thank you.” As I explained to you telephonically if there is still a leak on the awning after you have installed gutters onto both sides of the roof of your double storey house I will come to your home to attend to the problem. IF THIS IS NOT GOOD SERVICE, THEN I DON’T KNOW WHAT IS. Please let us know if you want us to install gutters onto the roof of your house, and I will send you a quotation. Thank you. Regards Johan

12 Nov 2022, 21:16You obviously do not know what good service is. You installed a roof that cant handle rain water but you knew prior exactly how my house looked.
And after the instillation you then say its due to the way that my house is built that it rains through the roof that you placed.
Its obvious just by looking at the roof that the angle is not steep enough and you only place one small gutter that cant handle the water.
After the roof leaked you informed my wife that you cannot come back and fix the roof every time even though the roof never did its job in the first place.

13 Nov 2022, 10:54Dear Mr Laurie B Awnings cannot accommodate water from another roof falling onto them, if this was the case people would have installed awnings on their houses instead of gutters (a shallow trough fixed beneath the edge of a roof for carrying off rainwater). Unfortunately, you will have to install gutters on your house to solve this problem. Thank you.

As you knew exactly where you were going to install the awning between the two roofs and its intended use was to hold out water? Why then follow up twice and when you couldnt fix the problem inform me that it is my problem? Something that could have been avoided from the beginning?
I had to get another specialist to come out and inform me that your gutter and your angle is the major problem as the water is pooling and moving in a downwards direction.
I am truly worried about you doing the exact same to other clients with an easy opt out in saying your awnings cannot carry the ammount of water, something you obviously knew according to you prior to instillation.

I doubt your thousand customer claim as you only have six reviews.
