Paying money to get the job, was it worth it?

Good day, I have a lot to complain about this company, as well as for the people who was or started to join this recruitment company that makes false promises since the day you are asked to come in for interviews. This whole process seems a little bit like a **** from the beginning, you have to !!!pay!!! to get a job, but hey, you are desperate and in the email or message you received they states that the money you pay for will go for your uniform, sounds reasonable, correct? So you go in, money ready and all you want in the end is a stable income every month. You arrive for interviews, and they accept you as soon as you place the money, they talk so quickly you do not perceive all the information. You ask them to repeat themselves and they ask you what you wanted to know, now you are the confused one. They tell you for this whole process to receive job placement and a certificate that shows you completed training as well as a reference letter will cost you R500.00 in total, but since you do not have that money you can pay them off slowly. They tell you to wait for training since you have no experience, which makes sense, you just finished high school or is currently university/college student trying to find a job. You wait and see multiple applicants go for the interviews and come back. After a few hours they give you a lesson about what work you app**** for and gave you the information. You think you understand what your duties are and they tell you you will train for 3-5 days at a place they will give you an address. They also tell you you should come back before the training begins with R150.00, and after training you pay the rest. Sounds plausible, especially since you would make enough tips at the place you are doing training. You are not being paid for the training, you are only paid in tips. You go home, feeling hopeful at the prospect of getting a job and making enough tips to pay for the rest. You go to the address and you realize it is not a restaurant you are receiving training at, but a take away restaurant, you barely make tips for the 5 days you work there, doing mostly the things that the other paid waiters/waitresses does not want to do. You accept it, because hey, you are only a trainee, what do you know? By the way, that money you paid for, none of that money went to your uniform, so you are thinking, okay maybe after training I will see where my money is due, you know? So finally you are done with training, you got the rest of the money- paid out of your own pocket, you did not even make half of it during training, you go to get your certificate and job placement, they give you your certificate and tell you to wait. Afterwards they said they got you a job placement, a direct placement, but they can't tell you where, only that they will tell you when to arrive the next day, where you will meet the manager in uniform, any adjustments or extras you still pay for and they will tell you where you will be working and how your salary is going to be. That was not what they promised. They told us- pay R100.00 and you will get a job if you have experience, if you don't, you will receive training and a job. They never said you will have to pay R500.00 to finish training and then be placed at a job where you have no information about or where it is situated. That is dangerous for any person's safety, does not matter what circumstance, a person want to know about where they will be and how safe it will be. They make you use more and more money for half promises and unsafe outcomes. I had to let people know about this company and many others like it. As soon as it becomes more R100.00, is it worth continuing? I would rate a big NO.
