A wonderful interaction

I recently had need to contact the traffic fines department of the Mpumalanga Local Government. The reason was I had received 2 speed infringement notices of R500. I got through to a lady called Angel Naledi Mashego. We had a good laugh when I explained that 1) I hadn't been on that particular road since before the pandemic, 2) I drive an orange Toyota Etios Cross and not a white Chevrolet bakkie, and 3) even in an extremely blurred photograph it clearly wasn't my number plate. Once she had confirmed the fact that I was not the guilty party (following me sending pictures of my car and registration papers), it was short time later that she confirmed the fine was cancelled.

What a pleasure to deal with someone with such a pleasant and professional manner. Well done Angel Naledi Mashego, I praise you
