Water-proofing (poor workmanship)

Mpumalanga Rubber completed water-proofing (roof and slab) at my house in Jun-14. The work looked acceptable to myself and the appointed engineer and they were paid in full. Approx 4 months later the water-proofing on the roof failed and the roof started to leak and has been leaking ever since. The water-proofing on the slab is cracking and on the verge of failure. I've complained numerous times to the owner (Danie Jacobsz). They eventually came to site in May-15. They conducted a patch-up exercise and the roof leaked again in the summer. I complained numerous times to the owner again and they came to site in Feb-16. They completed a quick patch-up exercise again and the roof leaked with the rain that followed. <br> <br> Mpumalanga Rubber offer a 10 year guarantee on their work but this guarantee is not worth the paper it is printed on. I've made them aware of the inconvenience we experience and the risk of damage to property we are exposed to every time it rains and water comes into the house. Mpumalanga Rubber showed no empathy whatsoever. They have made me false promises once again and have yet to return to site.
