Mpumalanga Dakkappe (pty) ltd poor service

We build a house and Mpumalanga Dakkape came to assemble the roof.We made our 3 payments as they asked.But before we made the last payment,there were alot of rain,and we saw the roof is leaking.We phoned several times for them to come and repair the leak. Then they came out a few times,but still the same problem.At times they will come without ant tools or sealant to repair and we need to give them what they need.

Still after the last time they came to "fix" the roof.It is still leaking,we keep on asking when they will repair,as this problem leaded to wall and paint damages and the ceeiling are also damaged.

They will only keep on sending the last invoice,with no response on when the roof will be fixed.

This is the poorest service ever,and the biggest problem is they dont feel proud of there work.
