Disinterest and undermining from staff

This is all written from the point of view of a past recruiter.

MPRTC Recruitment; is a business I called as a person seeking employment. I asked to speak to a recruiter and in a very sharp and confused tone I received "a what!?". A recruiter please. So I was transferred without further communication that I would be. At this point any person would not know what is happening and it is just unprofessional.

The recruiter picked, she seemed the most disinterested, I received just a hello, I do not know who I am talking to, so I continued and explained that I would like to be on their database for future opportunities. This entire conversation this recruiter was held a superiority the of tone, was very undermining and was very sharp and short and really could not give a cr*p who I was or what I wanted (without candidates how will she make money?). The only reply I got from her was. "WELL, did you send your CV through?" (again this is my first contact with the company, I need to speak to someone before just sending my stuff off to a random and actually expecting anything from that) I said "no, I havent", she says "WELL you need to send your CV through!". I am thinking, well do you have an email address or some information, besides just shouting at me like I am some idiot. After a silence, which had to be broken by me, I said "who should I email it to?" Obviously I am calling for information, like I stated. Absolutely rude. If this is how all first time contact go, I do not know how they are still operation.
