Horrible after sales service, roof still leaking

Had my roof waterproofed by Michael and we were advised to wait for rain to come to ensure the waterproofing was done correctly. Unfortunately, when the rains came the roof was still leaking, we sent pictures to Michael and he said he would come and assess the problem again and the work done. That was 2 weeks ago, so far all we've gotten are scheduled visits which get cancelled and no response to messages. I'm so frustrated and disappointed. All i want is my roof fixed
