Asks for deposit but never arrives

Mike/Michael will ask for a deposit and never perform services. He will stop answering calls and when you ask for your deposit back he will continue to keep you on the line but he will never deliver. Beware of this contractor even if he was a referral. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY WITH HIM!! STAY AWAY!!
