YOU LOST A LOYAL LENDER!!!!

I'm going to share my thoughts after almost 3 months of using Mpowa Finance. I feel like Mpowa doesn't care about its customers. After lending money for a while, I feel ignored. I recently app**** for a personal loan, and after 4 days, I haven't received any communication. no updates or messages about my application status. They disappointed me after I put my trust in them, but I’m glad I waited to review.

The main issue is their lack of communication, which could damage their reputation. I'm going to wait to see when they send the money I app**** for, but I won't be using Mpowa Finance again. I also suggest anyone considering Mpowa be cautious about their poor communication, as it can cause a lot of frustration. I tried to contact the only staff member, Refiloe, and sent her a couple of emails, but she never got back to me.

Mpowa, you've lost a loyal customer because of your neglect. Even if I don’t qualify for the loan, why not let me know instead of claiming you’re busy processing the funds? Who takes 4 days to process a loan? Come on, Mpowa. They are not a ****, but they really need to improve their communication with customers.
