Worst services ever

So after getting many many messages from This company I thought I would give them a try, get told that I must wait around while my application is being processed so that I can approve my debit check, waiting and waiting nothing is coming through, login to see what is going on , only to learn I’m declined. Now this is what is annoying about financial institutions like this you do a credit check make us send you all our documentation only to do that… worst you don’t even bother to let a person know -10 stars for lack of communication
