Worst financial institute out!
I have tried calling and calling to get them to reverse a deducted payment that they did without my consent, they deduct when ever they feel and it's not even relevant to the loan taken!! Dont use them ever!!! They don't even answer a call or email back!! NEVER EVER USE THEM!!they never payout but always deduct money

If you view your bank statements, you will see that the loan was paid into your account on 21 November.
Also, please note you had signed a contract and approved the debi check mandate. Hence the loan was paid out to you and why you were debited today.
