what is the problem now
i have used the service 3 times already and always easy but now the communication is such a mess, i have submitted everything but im still waiting - its been days now

The new loan is processed once the current loan is repaid.
The system allows the client to apply 7 days prior to their debit order date to ensure adequate time is given to complete their application.
Such is the same as per prior loans.
