Very unproffesional

<p>I took a loan from Mpowafin, I deposited back the amount in their account within a week. I called them thats how I got the account number, avoiding having to wait for month end to pay them back. on the 31 of May they debit the same amount I deposited in their account. I complained several times after sending proof of the deposit. Today I recieve smses threatening me about legal judgments for reversing the amount they debited. Mind you I have been dealing with the same consultant called Karen since day 1. This clearly shows that she is *********** and not doing her job and making follow ups with customers. I want everyone to know that their service is very bad and she has a very bad attitude. Bayakhekheleza abasebenzi.</p>
