Very unhappy with Mpowa
I app**** for my loan on 1 April 2020. Got approval and it shows currently what my balance is on the website. But I have not received any money. I know they transfer from FNB but I was told it would be in by the morning yet there is still no money and it shows on the website that I have a loan with them. How can this be rectified because I will owe something I was never given. I can’t pay back something that I never got

I might end up having to pay for something I have never received. Get a bad credit score for something I need desperately . YOU SAID 24hrs and I will get it in the morning. WHY DOES MY PROFILE SHOW THAT YOU LOANED ME MONEY WHEN YOU NEVER DID

I might end up having to pay for something I have never received. Get a bad credit score for something I need desperately . YOU SAID 24hrs and I will get it in the morning. Such response has been emailed through. Please note, Capitec does not have business banking thus the money was paid from an FNB account.
With the 2nd being a public holiday, the banks are closed and thus it would have appeared on 3 April.
