Very bad for business, poor service

I made an online application yesterday from https://mpowafin.co.za/ before 17:00pm but nothing is happening. Can you kindly advice how fare is my application. I sent an email and no one rep**** to my email since morning. The application has now restated counting Application time remaining to get cash tomorrow. 23 01 49. Why waste my time if you know that you cant help me?? I call on 0 ********** 28 and no one answers
