Unreachable Customer Service

From 9:00 AM today I have been trying to get ahold of Mpowa customer service following my recent loan application. I accidentally uploaded the wrong documents, they emailed me to say "wrong documents" but, the email they sent doesn't say how to rectify it. The online profile has been saying I uploaded my documents and, I have been going into a loop about finding out how to rectify and send the correct documents.

If you are the Director and are reading this, try calling your customer service number ***. Between 10:00 AM - 14:00 PM, the IVR on your telephone number sends us into a loop and does not take the selected options. Option 2 for existing customers simply says " there is no one to assist and, ends call".Try option 3, just tells you to leave a voice mail and no one gets back to you.

You need to do something about that customer care team, it's the worst hey.

Please get back to me, this is honestly a desperate plea because I see you guys are responding to HelloPeter reviews and not the SMS, telephone, emails nothing.
