Unprofessional and ITC not updated

My account is paid in full but on their website it is still showing as not paid. They have listed me on the credit bureau and are unwilling to assist in getting this removed. This is seriously affecting my credit record. I spoke to the an agent, and asked for a turnaround time, instead he responded with threats, basically telling me that they will do when they get to it.

This provider is unprofessional and I regret applying for credit with them!!
