UNPOORLY MANNERED AND UNPROFESSIONAL ETIQUETTE
CALL CONSULTANTS UNPROFESSIONAL , NOT PROPERLY TRAINED & VERY RUDE TO CLIENTS. ****************************
I have had on countless occasions really bad , unprofessional service delivery and treatment from MPOWA FINANCE CALL CONSULTANTS
I am not a difficult person with bad etiquette as I myself works with all sorts of people on a daily basis. And from my pass experience there is no possible way I could even think that "These" ill and poorly trained ( I suppose ), individuals could be allowed to be handling or placed in charged of a company's duties dealing with its customers over the phone on a daily basis.
The National Credit Regulator ( NCR) Clearly states down what is , what should , or whereby a credit provider should ALL TIMES Adhere too but unfortunately MPOWA FINANCE CALL CONSULTANTS would not be a perfect candidate . As they literally break all of the standard protocol in dealing or communicating with clients.
They would have to be send for proper training or you will end up loosing alot of clientele due to certain individuals not knowing basically how to work with people everyday

I'm lodging it against the Collection Department.
All your calls are recorded so you promise us your clients at each start point of a call . Hence therefore I would like to humbly and promptly request of you to kindly provide me with a copy of each of these calls made by Mpowa to myself as I feel my rights as a client has been violated and would like to use this recordings as supporting evidence as I'm pursuing legal actions . Especially today at 07:15 by The consultant calling me .
