Unauthorised loans

I app**** online, they said I'll will receive a 1min. On the 6 November 2020 I emailed and asked why I have not received the call. No response from them. On the 7 November 2020 I emailed and said I'm not interested they most cancel. No response from them. 11 November 2020 @ 17h09 I received a SMS from my bank saying the money is paid into my account. I still have not received the 1min call I still have received a email from them. I do not have airtime to call them that is why I emailed. I emailed now again asking why is the money in my account if I emailed and said they most cancel!
