*****ulent Loan Applications

I received an email from Mpowa Finance on the 4th of October 2023 stating that I was provisionally approved for a loan. I did not apply for a loan and immediately informed them that the loan was done *****ulently and without my consent. The only communication I received back from Albert was that the loan application was cancelled. I received another email from them today stating that my application with MPOWA Finance has been marked as Inactive. They have clearly done nothing regarding someone using my details to apply for a loan *****ulently and is my details on record without my consent. I will now report them to the National Credit Regulator (NCR).
