They fell apart this month

I have been with this company for a while and never had any problems until this month. Everything fell apart. From the 7th of October my application still says thank you for submitting etc. I have send emails but no reply. They keep on sending emails that a new offer is available and that if I don't accept it I can't apply for 6 months but when I log in it still says "Thank you for submitting and we are reviewing your application" I must submit my bank statements but can't do anything on the web page. I really liked this company as they were efficient until this month.
