They don't pick calls nor reply emails....everyday even during working hours

Hai ngeke shem ...these people don't reply emails or calls shem...they don't guys .what kind of service do they offer Mara...it's boring....you try everything to get hold of them but they won't bother replying your emails or pick up calls ..it's so frustrating .
