The worst customer service
I took out a loan and I paid it earlier than my initial payment date. They confirmed that payment was received. However a week later they still went into my account and debited me. Why is the pay earlier option there if you are still going to debit me? I have sent an email and have not received a response. I need my money back immediately and will never use Mpowa Finance again! Please respond or I have no choice but to escalate this to the ombudsman. This is my hard earned money that I worked for and now I have paid twice the amount I owed! I am never using your services after this, please refund me my money, I am not happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The debit order is set with the bank 2 days prior to the debit orders intended strike date.
Such was tracking thereafter, we cant stop a debit order once its set and tracking.
You were refunded once the money from the debit order reflected in our account.
