Terrible Customer support
I cannot get hold of anyone I have called them and emailed them about a double payment, It is very frustrating not to be able to get hold of them, when I have had such a good run with them. I was not expecting to struggle as I am right now when I need to speak to them regarding an issue. The phone numbers are useless, the call just ends without anyone speaking to you, just an automated system.
