Settled account still show as in arrears
I settled my account in October 2023, did not receive a paid up letter and sadly the same account which is paid up still shows as "IN ARREARS"..I have tried calling and sending emails but cannot get through to them and no email responses . TERRIBLE SERVICE INDEED .
