My account was in arrears, as i only get paid on the 25th and my loan payment date was the 20th, however I did an OZOW payment to pay immediately, I did not know that OZOW payments does not reflect Sametime, it takes 48hours, So my Account was still debited, Anyways I called Mpowa and explained that 2 payments were made, the consultant was so friendly and so efficient and he told me, Do not worry, Once both payments Reflect, We will refund you, and like he said, it happened. I have gotten my Refund same day. I am so impressed with their friendly and efficient service. Keep up the good work. Thank you for always making your clients happy.
