Same day pay out but still no funds

Says paid but no funds ,you really should not say we will receive the funds same day coz I needed the funds today on Friday to use in on Saturday! There will be no need for the funds on Monday! Use different banks not just FNB so we can get the funds immediately or use immediate payment!
