Remove pre-approved loan from my credit bureau profile.

I have settled my acc and want you to close it so that i not show on my credit profile. Please i need my profile clear immediately and please forward me a paid up letter. I do not for see me using the preapproved loan in the near future so please advise on how to remove it. Please attend to urgently. Otherwise your service in approving and handling of my loan was great and would not hesitate to use your services when I desperately need it again or refer people to you for a loan. *****
