Please attend to my case . This is unacceptable , I do not think it can take 10 days or more for the R 300 to reflect on your trust account . No update is being done on your side to advise how long will the process take . The service is poor, but you guys are very quick with following up if someone has not paid but it hard to refund my R 300. Please refund before I escalate this case high and go to the media , it my money I was not even given a discount when I was hospitalised your Agent kept on phoning me to make payments. Why is it so hard to refund me , I even showed proof from your App that I have paid more than what I was suppose to pay , this is unfair
