Prescription letter
I have been sending emails requesting a debt prescription letter but no one is responding also send them a message through Facebook but still no one responded. I will lodge a complaint because it seems like they are ignoring me.

01 Sept 2022, 14:30Mpowa finance has not rep**** my emails, Facebook inbox and sms. It clear that they are ignoring me , It is my right to get a prescription letter when a debt has prescribed. I am fed up of contacting them without any response. I'm reporting them to the ombudsman because they don't want to obey the law.
