Poor Service

The loan amount was supposed to he debited on the 25th of October, however that date was on a Saturday so they tried debiting on the 24th and the funds were insufficient.

I had made a cash payment on the same day and on the 25th, Saturday it then debited again. I tried calling and my call kept on being dropped, I sent an email to Onkgopotse Mokgale, ***.

And had confirmed that the refund will be done, and when I try to send follow up I don't get any response.
