poor service

I am frustrated, I have been trying to log in to apply but forgot my password I have tried now for days on end to reset and I am not receiving the email to reset the password. I also emailed Mpowa explain the situation and they tell me to click on forget password which I have been doing I sent a email days ago explaining that it is not working and I am being ignored
