Poor and unsatisfactory Service processes

I am extremely disappointed in how my application was handled, from the service consultant that I was with over the phone at 11h40 on the 16/04/2026. Firstly she did was so nonchalant(no urgency in assisting me) she did not introduce her name or the company she works for. Upon me enquiring she mention my application was declined due to unaffordability. I further asked her if she can give me a breakdown of my monthly commitments vs my income, she could not explain where she got my personal expenses as I have not listed any in order to determine whether it can afford or not. I further asked her if my income is less than my monthly commitments she could also not explain. So Mpowa Finance please put me on your "do not call" list or receive any marketing as I am disappointed on how you do business. Xolani Kambule ***
