Poor and bad customer service. No priority at all in customers

Wow I app**** for a lan at 12pm yesterday they only sent me a message 16:30 to say I must approve the debit order and they don't put funds afterwards and I'm thinking probably first thing in the morning funds will be there. Nothing what a bad and poor service honestly. They don't prioritize in us as customers. They don't value us.
