Poor Agent Behaviour
I just called into Mpowa Finance, which is company that I have been dealing with for many many years - Today was the first day that I witnessed the most horrific contact centre agent - He was rude, and had now way to service a client, when our country is going to the dogs the last think you want is poor service from an *********** person. You can pick up my call with my mobile number ***, such employees should not be working for you as they bring your companies name down and make you look the way he acted... PATHETIC

As per prior loans, the new loan will be processed once the current loan has been repaid.
Our system allows clients to apply 7 days prior to paydate to ensure their is adequate time to complete your application.
The current loan due to be repaid this month on paydate.
The Employee would not be able to release a new loan until then.

21 Jun 2023, 12:29I think you are missing the point totally, the agent was rude - he did not even let me finish my sentence and transferred me back into the queue, and he done so and was laughing about it as well - you need to address such obnoxious behaviour
