Poor After sales Service
Bad aftersales service & double Installment Made I got a sms to say pay account. I then EFT immediate payment. The next morning they still deducted money via debit order. Been phoning them 38 times but to nun avail just to get my money reimbursed.

27 Oct 2021, 10:17After the 40th time phoning them i got ahold and they provided me with an email address whereby i must submit proof of debit order before it will be paid back. i believe this will be resolved. Speedy to approve and payout. But just some attention needed on aftersales

Please note the debit order was tracking with your bank from the 25th.
Such went through on the 27th, we make refunds on the same day the additional payment shows on the system as we contact clients whom are due such.
From our side, once a debit order is set with the bank we cannot stop it.
