Politely asking for my refund
I settled my account using OZOW on Saturday 13th and guess what ,I was debited the same amount I settled my loan with on Monday the 15th and when I try calling them to ask for my refund their number is not going through,I kept on holding the line until I gave up.

According to OZOW, payment was made on Sunday morning. As a result the payment reflected in our bank account this morning the 16th.
Hence refund will be made today.
For future reference, we would not be able to cancel a debit order within 2 days of such due date as the instructions are already with the respective bank.
