Pleaze reapy my double debit money
I paid via ozow my account it waa settled next day they deducted the same ammount and i was in an accident yesterday i need that double debit today

Please explain the reasoning for rating us a 1 Star?
- such is meant to reflect bad service.
The debit order would have been set and with the bank ( 2 days prior) by the time such payment was made.
Refund was made this morning once both payments reflected.
