Please update my ITC ASAP
Poor customer service, poor legal service i have paid up my one month loan which i took on the 25th of May 2021 & it was paid up on the 23rd June 2021..that account is still appearing on my ITC and it is now over a month when account is paid. I've sent numerous emails requesting for my ITC to be updated but no one has bothered to respond. I have settled my acc and i want you to close it so that it won't show on my credit profile. Please i need my profile updated immediately and kindly forward me a paid up letter.
