PAYMENT

Hi this is not my first review about Mpowa finance.To cut the story short im their client of which i was under debt review which is YMA Consulting,that debt review have been paying monthly on my behalf records shows.So last month was my last instalment,when ive logged in my app it still shows that there's outstanding amount of R1518.00 of which is the money I've borrowed from them last year March.

So as i write this it still shows that there an outstanding amount of which is the account is paid of,ive tried to contact them via telephone and emails has been sent so many times,last week the response I got was they are still waiting for APRIL month payment to appear on their system from"HYPHEN" come to my surprise i managed to call HYPHEN OF which my personal details was requested in order to help me.Apparently they said they dont know anything about me I must go to the debt review and the creditor to sort this out.Oh well I did that but since then i haven't received any feedback regarding this matter.Im so furious that is this how they treat other clients?im being send pillar to post since last month till today i haven't received any help from them.I urgently need a paid up letter from them coz this is affecting my credit so badly. I did indicate that this is urgent but no luck.
