Paying for something I don’t have

I app**** for a loan on 20/09/2025 and needed it for emergency but only got the Debi check the 22/09/2025 which I declined as the fact of I no longer needed the funds. I never received the funds which is correct but when I log in it shows I owe an amount due I need confirmation I will not be debited for something I don’t have
